What forms of payment are accepted?
Currently we accept Money Orders, Checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. Please note that during the checkout process, if you pay by credit card, you will be directed to the PayPal site to enter billing information. You do not have to have an account with PayPal this is just who we use as our payment processor. This is a secure payment processor and we do not receive any of your credit card information we just receive payment confirmation.
What is your return policy?
We have a 100% guaranteed satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with your product please contact us immediately at customerservice@scrapperbeenikki.com Unfortunately we can not refund shipping and handling at this time.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated as 15% of the regular retail price. All orders placed under $75 will incur a minimum shipping charge of $10.
When can I expect my order?
After payment is confirmed, usually within the hour for credit cards, your order will be shipped by USPS Ground within 48 hours. Depending on your location it will take approximately 2-9 days for you to receive your package. Payments made by money orders will be shipped upon receipt of the money order. Payments made by check will be shipped once the check has cleared, usually 5-7 days. If you enter a valid email address during checkout you will receive a tracking number for your package once it has shipped.
Is there any sales tax on orders?
Pursuant to federal laws we must charge sales tax on internet orders for anyone residing in the same state as the business is located. Therefore, Maine State sales tax of 5% will be added to any orders that are placed within the state of Maine. Sales tax will be added, if applicable, during the checkout process.
